PLANA Pulse for Wholesale & FMCG Distribution
One ERP for the whole distribution cycle — the office, field sales reps, warehouse pickers and drivers — replacing the patchwork of legacy trading, driver and warehouse apps that FMCG wholesalers typically run.
Everything below runs on Odoo 18 Community + OCA. PLANA Pulse adds a thin layer only where the Bulgarian market needs it (localised documents, rolling edit-locks, automation), so you keep full ownership of your data and no vendor lock-in.
Sales — customers order themselves
- Closed B2B portal. Wholesale customers log in to a private webshop and place orders themselves. The catalogue is browsable by category (e.g. soaps, shampoos, detergents) and is generated automatically from your product master — nothing is maintained twice. Prices and catalogue stay invisible to the public, so competitors can't browse them.
- Per-customer pricing. Each customer sees their own negotiated price list automatically.
- Orders reach the right sales rep. When a customer submits an order, the assigned field rep is notified immediately (e-mail + in-app task), with no dispatcher in the middle.

Supply — stop ordering blind
- Replenishment proposals. The system surfaces products below their minimum with a concrete suggested order quantity — one click turns it into a draft purchase order.
- Buyer recommendations by real sales velocity. On any purchase order, a recommendation view ranks a supplier's products by how much you actually sold in a chosen period, with average daily movement, on-hand and forecast — so buying decisions are data-driven, not guesswork.
- Scan-driven receiving & put-away. Deliveries are checked in by scanning; discrepancies against the order show immediately, and goods are put away to specific warehouse bins (aisle / rack / level).
- Bulgarian discrepancy protocol. A printable «Протокол за констатирани различия» is produced directly from a short-received delivery.

Warehouse & dispatch — controlled, scan-first
- Picking with a product photo. Pickers work order-by-order on a mobile screen that shows the product photo, and a line is confirmed only by scanning its barcode — manual confirmation is disabled, so the wrong item simply can't be picked. Products with several barcodes (unit vs. case) are recognised by any of them.
- Driver loading with control. The day's deliveries are planned onto a truck run; each parcel is loaded against the plan and the run is marked complete only when everything is on board.
- Returns with a protocol. Customer returns link back to the original delivery and print a «Протокол за върната стока» with quantities, values and reason.

Finance, control & access
- Bulgarian invoicing. Invoices in EUR with 20% VAT and the customary ОРИГИНАЛ/КОПИЕ marking.
- Rolling edit-lock. Documents older than a configurable number of days become read-only automatically. Corrections are still possible — but only through a logged, time-boxed exception granted by an administrator, so history is never silently rewritten.
- Role-based access. Clear roles — Super Administrator, Office/Management, Sales Rep, Warehouse Operator, Driver — so each person sees only their part of the system.
