The three layers are always sold together under the PLANA Pulse subscription. You don't buy "just BOS" or "just the ERP" — they are one product, used together. The split is purely about how you use it day to day: BOS for fast questions and AI workflows, Business Cloud for records and accounting, Platform invisible underneath.

What makes Pulse different

AI is the front door, not a sidekick

Most ERPs are adding AI features inside individual forms ("summarise this invoice", "predict next number"). Useful, but shallow — the AI sits inside one screen.

PLANA Pulse flips it. You open BOS first, talk to an agent in plain language, and the agent reaches into Business Cloud, fetches the data it needs, and answers — across modules, across time, across the business. The AI is the entry point; the ERP is the layer underneath.

Questions Pulse answers that a form-level AI cannot:

• "How is the business doing this month vs. last?"
• "What is wrong with cashflow?"
• "Which products are eating margin without me noticing?"

Built for Bulgarian businesses, EU-resident throughout

Pulse ships with the complete Bulgarian fiscal pack at provisioning: the regulator chart of accounts, VAT, the monthly NRA submission file, quarterly VIES, monthly Intrastat. Updated when regulations change.

Your data sits in Sofia — Exoscale's bg-sof-1 region. Daily backups in the same region. No US-cloud exposure for your business records.

FOSS-aligned, no vendor lock-in by design

Every long-running component is free and open-source: Odoo Community for the ERP, Authentik for SSO, Forgejo for git, Matrix for support chat, Coraza WAF, Envoy Gateway. You can export everything, leave at any time, and the operational substrate is community-supported.

The only exceptions — necessary ones — are LLM inference (Anthropic today, EU model when available), payment processing (Stripe), email reputation (Hetzner), and the mobile push channels (APNs / FCM when the mobile app ships).

Premium connectors out of the box

Most Odoo hosts don't ship the integrations Bulgarian businesses actually want. Pulse does:

A bit of context

PLANA Pulse is built and operated by PLANA Digital Ltd. in Sofia, Bulgaria. The product launched with the platform foundation in 2026 and is in active development.

The team focuses on Bulgarian SMBs first — businesses for whom the combination of real Bulgarian fiscal compliance, AI that understands the data, and EU data residency is hard to find elsewhere. We expand from there.
