PLANA Pulse for Grocery & Mini-Market Retail
One system for the whole daily cycle of a food store: supplier orders and replenishment, barcode receiving, shelf price labels, a touch POS with fiscal printer / card terminal / scale integration, and scanner-driven stock counts. Everything runs on Odoo 18 Community + OCA in Bulgarian.
- Products carry the manufacturer's own EAN barcodes - no re-labelling; the same barcode works at receiving, at the till and during stock counts.
- Purchasing that fills itself in - suppliers are linked to their products with cost prices; reordering rules propose what to buy when stock drops below minimum.
- Receiving by scanner - scan, count, validate; short deliveries become backorders automatically.
- Shelf labels with price - print A4 sheets (2x7 or 4x7 with price) straight from the product list.
- POS built for a supermarket - category tiles, product photos, cash and card payments, multiple parallel baskets, day closing with counted-cash control; fiscal printing per Наредба Н-18 through certified devices.
- Stock counts in minutes - scan a product, enter the counted quantity, differences are booked automatically; partial counts per shelf are safe.
