Payhawk × Odoo 18 — Quick Start
This guide takes you from a fresh Odoo 18 instance to a working, two-way Payhawk integration. Follow the steps in order. The whole process takes about 20–30 minutes.
Odoo 18 specifics
- Reimbursement support: v18 adds an Is Reimbursement option on payment registration, which batches reimbursements without a partner bank account.
- Group ID / Group Key are global (not company-dependent — that changed in v19).
- Module version
18.0.x.

Get the latest packaged build of the connector for Odoo 18.0. Unzip into your Odoo addons path, then update the apps list and install.
