PLANA Business Cloud
Part of PLANA Pulse
PLANA Business Cloud is the ERP layer of PLANA Pulse — the AI-first business operating platform. Business Cloud is where your records live; BOS is the AI-first surface above it. You use both together under one PLANA Pulse subscription.
PLANA Business Cloud is the day-to-day software the people in your company use to run the business: invoicing customers, paying suppliers, taking sales orders, tracking stock, managing projects and HR, and producing the reports that keep accounting and management informed.
Audience
Customers and tenant administrators. Written for the people who use the software, not for developers operating it.
What it is
A complete, web-based ERP built on Odoo Community with a layer of PLANA modules added on top. The same login takes you to every part of the system — Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Project, HR, and more. Everything is in your browser; there is nothing to install on your computer.
PLANA hosts and operates the software for you in our Sofia data centre, keeps it backed up, applies security updates, and adds Bulgarian-specific tooling that the upstream community version does not include:
- A full Bulgarian chart of accounts and the local VAT, NPR, VIES and Intrastat reports
- Single sign-on so people use one PLANA account everywhere
- Subscription self-service — see your plan, your invoices, and your upcoming renewal directly inside the product
- Integrations that Odoo partners often do not have — including Payhawk × PLANA, open-banking (PSD2) for the major Bulgarian banks, Econt courier labels, and OCR for incoming invoices
- Daily encrypted backups stored in our Sofia object storage with a documented restore procedure
Pick your version
PLANA Business Cloud follows the upstream release cycle. New customers default to the current major. Existing tenants can stay on an older major until they are ready to migrate.
| Version | Status | Use this guide |
|---|---|---|
| v18 | Current — default for new customers | v18 manual → |
| v17 | Legacy — still supported, end-of-life 2027 | v17 manual → |
| v19 | Limited release — some optional modules pending | v19 manual → |
Once you open a version, a Manual version switcher appears under the heading on every page. Use it to jump to the same page on a different version without losing your place.
Not sure which version you are on? Open PLANA, click your avatar in the top right corner, then About — the version is shown on the bottom line.
What's in each edition
PLANA Business Cloud comes in three editions. The set of apps you see is determined by the edition your subscription is on.
| Edition | Modules included | Typical fit |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Accounting · Sales · Purchase · Inventory · Contacts | Small businesses with a single book of accounts |
| Pro | Starter + Project · HR · Subscriptions · User Roles | Growing companies with projects and people management |
| Enterprise | Pro + Reports · Multi-company · Custom domain + SLA | Established companies with dedicated infrastructure needs |
The full module matrix is on the Editions page.
