PLANA Business Cloud — v19
This is the v19 user manual. It covers PLANA Business Cloud running on the Odoo 19 base, which is the most recent major release.
Audience
Customers and tenant administrators on v19. Use the Manual version switcher above to compare with v18.
Status
Limited release — released October 2025 upstream, available on PLANA since 2026-05-21. A handful of optional community modules have not yet been ported to v19; if your business depends on any of them, stay on v18.
What is available on v19
The full core ERP works on v19 — Accounting (with the complete Bulgarian fiscal pack), Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Project, HR. The visible changes compared to v18 are small and additive:
- A cleaner search and filter panel with grouping by tag
- Pivot tables with dynamic groupings in spreadsheet dashboards
- A few new fields and minor form layout adjustments

What is not yet on v19
The following optional modules — present on v17 and v18 — are not yet shipped on v19 from the upstream community:

If your business uses any of these, stay on v18 for now. PLANA tracks the upstream community ports and will roll them into v19 as they land. You will be notified when v19 has full feature parity for your use case.

Inside PLANA — note about AI
You will see new AI helpers in some Odoo 19 forms. PLANA's own AI capabilities — the agents that handle Finance, Warehouse, Marketing and Sales workflows — live in BOS, the AI-first interface that sits above your PLANA Business Cloud tenant. Use BOS for AI-driven work; use PLANA Business Cloud for the underlying records and transactions.
Migrating from v18 to v19
When the modules your tenant uses are all available on v19, your account manager will schedule a migration. The procedure is the same as the v17 → v18 upgrade documented under Operations → Upgrading a tenant.
