Legacy version

v17 is in legacy support — full support until October 2027. New tenants default to v18; existing v17 tenants can stay or migrate.

What's changed in PLANA Business Cloud v17 (Odoo 17 base).

2026-05-29

• Documentation portal expanded; v17 manual now lives at docs.planapulse.com/plana-business-cloud/v17/
• Pages mirror v18 with version-specific notes; click any sidebar entry to read

2026-05-22

• PLANA's own ERP at erp.planapulse.ai migrated to v18; v17 tenants unaffected and continue running on plana-odoo namespace
• All four remaining v17 customer tenants migrated to v18 via TenantUpgrade — plana-odoo namespace's worker pool emptied
• The v17 branch on odoo-modules (17.0) continues to receive OCA upstream syncs and security patches

Migrating to v18

When you're ready, talk to your account manager. The migration is a ~15-minute coordinated cutover with:

• Pre-migration audit of installed modules
• Insurance backup
• Cross-major OpenUpgrade two-pass
• Verification + 48-72h soak
• Rollback insurance for 7 days
