Quick links are buttons in the Dashboard that jump straight to common screens in PLANA Business Cloud (the underlying Odoo). They save two or three clicks compared to navigating the ERP from scratch.
What links are there
A grid of 6–12 tiles depending on your edition. The default set:

You can hide tiles you don't use — Settings → Workspace → Quick links → uncheck.
How the link works
Clicking a tile:
- Opens a new tab in PLANA Business Cloud at the target URL
- Single sign-on means you don't re-authenticate
- The target page is opened in "new record" mode where applicable
For "new invoice" specifically, the target is https://<your-workspace>.planapulse.app/odoo/action-account.action_move_out_invoice_type/new. Odoo accepts the action URL and opens the form pre-loaded.
Customising
The default set covers ~90% of common workflows. To add a custom Quick Link to a specific Odoo screen you use often:
- Open the screen in PLANA Business Cloud
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
- Settings → Workspace → Quick links → Add custom → paste URL and give it a name
The custom link appears in your Dashboard. Custom links can be workspace-shared (visible to all members) or personal (only you).
Mobile
Quick links collapse to a horizontal scroller on phone-width screens. The most-clicked links are shown first; tap to open the target.
