The shortest path to an answer for the questions PLANA gets most often.

General

Is BOS the same as Odoo?

No. BOS is the AI-first interface; PLANA Business Cloud (which runs on Odoo Community plus PLANA modules) is the underlying ERP. You use both — BOS for chat / alerts / dashboard, PLANA Business Cloud for issuing invoices / posting entries / editing records.

Is my data shared with other companies?

No. Each workspace is bound to one PLANA tenant; one tenant has its own PostgreSQL database, filestore directory, and credentials. See Platform → Tenant isolation.

Does PLANA's AI see my data?

The agents read your tenant's data when you ask them a question. When you chat with an agent, the chat message and the tool results are sent to Anthropic's API for inference. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent via the API is not used to train models. See Platform → Compliance → LLM data handling.

Where is my data physically?

In Exoscale Sofia (Bulgaria). The only exception is LLM inference, which goes to Anthropic in the USA per the point above. See Platform → Data residency.

Can I run PLANA Business Cloud without BOS?

Yes. Open https://<your-workspace>.planapulse.app directly. You get the standard PLANA Business Cloud interface (Odoo) without the BOS layer. Most customers use both; some accounting-focused teams stay in PLANA Business Cloud all day and never open BOS.

I forgot my password

Contact your workspace admin via Matrix (out-of-band). They can ask a PLANA engineer to verify your identity and reset access.

My 2FA is broken (lost phone, no recovery codes)

Three escalating paths:

  1. Use a saved recovery code (you should have saved them when you enrolled)
  2. Ask your workspace admin to reset your 2FA (Settings → Team → member → Reset 2FA)
  3. Contact PLANA via the workspace Matrix room — we'll verify your identity and reset

Can I have multiple PLANA accounts (e.g. one personal, one work)?

Yes — one account per email. If you have a personal@gmail.com and a work@company.bg, you have two accounts. Sign in / out to switch, or use different browser profiles.

Workspaces and team

Can one person be in multiple workspaces?

Yes — common for consultants and group accountants. The workspace switcher in the TitleBar lets you jump between them.

Can I rename my workspace?

The display name yes — Settings → Workspace → Display name. The slug (the URL) is immutable; ask PLANA if you need a new one (rare, expensive).

How do I transfer ownership?

Settings → Team → Existing admin row → "Make owner". The previous owner becomes an admin.

Can I delete my workspace?

Yes — the workspace owner can request deletion from Settings → Workspace → Danger zone → Delete workspace. There's a 30-day grace period during which you can reinstate. After 30 days, all data is deleted; backups follow your tier's retention.

Chat and agents

Why doesn't the agent know about X?

The agents have a narrow toolset. If the data you're asking about isn't covered by any tool, the agent will tell you it cannot find it. Check the per-agent docs (Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, Sales) for what each agent covers.

Can the agent change my data?

Not today — Shadow Mode is on, all tools are read-only. When write tools ship, you opt in per-tool. See Safety and limits.

Why does the same question give different answers?

LLMs have some non-determinism. The data the agent fetches is the same (the tool calls are reproducible) but the framing of the answer can vary. For consistent reports, use the PLANA Business Cloud reports instead of asking the agent to summarise.

How long are my chats stored?

By default 30 days. The workspace admin can change this to 7 or 90 days in Settings → Workspace → Chat retention.

Billing

How do I see my invoices?

Settings → Billing → Invoices. Or click Billing in the left sidebar.

How do I change tier?

Talk to your PLANA account manager via the workspace Matrix room. Tier changes are coordinated (off-peak window) and we run a dry run on a staging copy first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Tier changes (downgrade or cancel) honour the standard subscription terms in your DPA. Cancellation triggers a 30-day grace period during which data is preserved.

Integrations

Which banks do you support?

Today, all major Bulgarian banks via PSD2: Revolut, UniCredit, UBB, DSK, Postbank, Raiffeisen, FIB, CCB, BACB. Plus a Mock adapter for testing. See Platform → pulse-banking.

Can I add my non-Bulgarian bank?

If they have a Berlin Group PSD2 endpoint, yes — talk to your account manager. Adding a new bank adapter takes ~2–5 engineering days.

Does PLANA send a customer payment notification?

The tenant Odoo can be configured to send invoice / payment notifications via email. Set this up in PLANA Business Cloud → Settings.

Can I integrate my e-commerce store?

Through the PLANA Business Cloud → eCommerce connectors (Shopify, WooCommerce via Odoo's standard modules). Talk to your account manager about which connectors you want active.

Mobile

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. A native iOS + Android app (Ionic + Capacitor 7) is on the roadmap for 2026-Q3. Today, BOS is mobile-responsive — open it in your phone's browser and pin to home screen. See Mobile and tablet.

Will I get push notifications?

Once the native app ships, yes — APNs on iOS, FCM on Android. Today, alert notifications happen inside BOS and via the workspace Matrix room.
