Audience
Workspace administrators. Members see this view but most fields are read-only for them.
The Workspace tab holds settings that apply to everyone in the workspace — locale defaults, the 2FA requirement, agent permissions, branding.
What you can set

Display name and logo
The display name is what BOS shows in the TitleBar and emails. It can include spaces and proper casing — "Acme Corporation Ltd." reads better than acme.
The logo replaces the PLANA logo in the TitleBar for your workspace only. Upload a square image (recommended 256×256 px, transparent background). The image is stored in the platform's object storage and served with caching.
Time zone, language, currency
The workspace defaults — each user can override their time zone and language in their personal settings (top-right avatar → Settings).
Currency is workspace-wide because changing it would change how KPIs display for everyone. The currency reflects what is in the underlying PLANA Business Cloud tenant's accounting setup; changing it here does not change the ERP's currency — open the ERP for that.
Require 2FA
Toggling Require 2FA → ON:
- Every member of the workspace is prompted to enrol in TOTP on their next sign-in
- Members who do not enrol cannot use BOS until they do
- The owner cannot disable 2FA while there are users without it enrolled — first remove or re-invite them
Recommended for every workspace. The friction is small (one minute at first login); the security benefit is large.
If you accidentally lock yourself out (lost phone, no recovery codes), contact PLANA via the workspace Matrix room — a PLANA engineer can reset your 2FA after verifying your identity.
Agent permissions
A grid of toggles, four agents × two scopes:

Today, only read is available (no write-back tools ship). When write-back arrives, each tool will appear here with its own toggle.
Recommended:
- Keep read ON for every agent — disabling reads removes the value of BOS
- Leave Shadow Mode ON (default) until you have reviewed individual write tools and decided they're safe
Chat retention
How long conversations are kept in your workspace:

The Execution log audit (tool calls) is always 90 days regardless of this setting.
Workspace API access
If OFF, no pa_live_… workspace API keys work, including ones already issued. Useful to suspend programmatic access during an incident without revoking individual keys.
When you turn it back ON, all previously-issued keys resume working.
Branding (Enterprise only)
Enterprise tier customers can customise:
- Email "from" name on transactional emails
- Custom domain (e.g.
app.acme.bginstead ofmy.planapulse.ai/acme) - Custom favicon
- Light / dark mode default
Contact your PLANA account manager to enable branding fields.
