Cutover from v17 → v18

PLANA's own ERP at erp.planapulse.ai migrated from Odoo 17 to Odoo 18 in a 15-minute cutover. Customers on v17 unaffected.

New tenants now default to v18.

Customer-visible changes

• Tighter form layouts on quotations and invoices
• List view label is "list" instead of "tree" (cosmetic, internal)
• Bank reconciliation interface redesigned — same actions, cleaner panel
• Activities popover richer — hover the clock icon for a summary

Behind the scenes

• Odoo 18 base image rebuilt on base-18 Forgejo tag
• plana_user_roles._login updated for v18 signature
• agreement_legal upgrade conflict-safe via SQL pre-fix
• Filestore UID changes (101 → 100) handled in cross-major migration
• OCA modules: helpdesk, dms, agreement, account-analytic all on the 18.0 branch

• v18 framework live — namespace-per-version (plana-odoo-18), Crossplane Composition keyed on spec.odooVersion
• First v18 tenant (e2etest-18) provisioned end-to-end
• v18 base image (base-18:<sha>) published to Forgejo registry
